Civil Deputy Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./ B.tech)
• M. Tech or PMP certification will be an added advantage.
• Plan, execute, and supervise Civil Construction activities.
• Review Engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress & ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors & Government authorities.
• Ensure quality control through regular Inspections & adherence to standards.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and resource utilization.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental & statutory regulations.
• Resolve Technical issues at Site & provide Engineering solutions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• MIS reports & excellent Reporting capability.
• Stakeholder Management: Good knowledge for Estimation, Execution, Vendor Management.
• Billing & Planning, New Vendor for supply of Material.
• Lead and mentor Site Engineers & supervisors.
• Multiple Site handling Experience.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes.
