Job Description
Supervise construction activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate site operations for timely project execution.
Requirements
1) Expertise in measurement and billing of civil works.
2) Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparation and modification of engineering drawings.
3) Experience in Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation.
4) Expertise in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
5) Experience in cost estimation and rate analysis.
6) Knowledge of quantity surveying and preparation of measurement sheets.
7) Familiarity with railway specifications, relevant IS codes, and standard engineering practices.
8) Ability to prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and project-related correspondence.
9) Experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with clients, contractors etc.
Experience :
1) Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
2) Proven experience in Railway Infrastructure Projects, specifically:Foot Over Bridges (FOBs), Building Works, Boundary Walls, Other railway-related civil works.
Preferred Qualifications :
1) Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
2) Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3) Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4) Ability to work independently and manage multiple project activities.
